Grandpa loves to go to air museums and this one is a very good one.
There are not many airplanes but it has a lot of exhibits covering the history of WWII aircraft.

Here is a funny looking airplane:

It is very short and has a big flat nose.  Can you find out what it is.

Hint, it was made in Russia in the 1930s by  Nikolai Nikolaevich Polikarpov.

There was a special section covering the experience of a young US Navy pilot who was shot down in the Pacific and was lucky to be rescued by a submarine.

After the war this pilot lived in Midland Texas.  He became the 41st President of the United States.   Who was he?

Hint:  His son was also elected President.

There is always something going to break on a motorhome.  Today the refrigerator has broken down.  We had to go to Walmart tonight and buy some coolers to hold our food.

The part is going to take a week to be shipped in.  Since we do not want to stay a full week in any one place it is going to be difficult getting it fixed.

Happy Birthday to Madeleine
